My partner and I have been with empire auto since Oct 2021. It was our first time buying from a dealership and we were a bit worried about what the experience would hold. After many discussions and conversations I was directed to Moe in Service who ultimately helped me with everything I needed and replaced all my worries with confidence. Though I didn't purchase a vehicle with these guys, as I was with a friend who did buy one, they were awesome. Super great customer service, very friendly and helpful! My friend and I are thrilled with her new purchase and I would definitely recommend coming here!

I was interested in getting a car, I called to come and look at something, I test drove a car, looked at a few others and had one in mind. After Deepak and the team worked days on end, they ended up getting me an amazing deal and a nice new car!! They didn’t take no for an answer and they worked very hard to ensure I walked away with a smile. I’ll definitely be going back to see Deepak when I’m ready to get a new car and I’ll be recommending him to anyone and everyone I hear looking for a new ride !! Shady business. They sell lemons at a large price and hang up on you when you want your car fixed! Disgusted with this business!

We cannot find any record that you've ever bought a car from us or otherwise requested any kind of auto service from us at all. Certified vehicles aren’t certified in the sense of the word when other dealerships use it. Reliability is awful their communication is even worse. Entire days wasted eating to hear back from people who have “just stepped out for lunch.” My 2018 which I bought in January has melted light sockets, spark plugs are shot and not even legal tread on the tire which has me wondering how honest the safety even is. 10/10 would suggest you stay away at all costs
