They keep on harrassing my wife with service calls, after she has asked to stop calling. The cars 13 years old, Ill tale it in when needed. Stop calling us, it's rude.

Worst experience at this dealership, it does not even deserve 1 star. The sales rep, I met didn’t know the product, had not been given the authority to quote a customer..if the management does not trust their own sales people, why have them?? On top the manager doesn’t know how to talk to potential customers.This guy does not deserve to be in a managerial role and in a customer facing profile. Go learn some basic skills first and learn how to talk to people.

Don't be fooled by his innocent looks. He managed to convince us to spend $2600+ in the last 3 or4 months on our this-dealer-maintained 2017 CX3 that has less than 120k km, bought brand new from Bank Street. Issue is, their advisors made me spend $900 for a diagnose and repair but didn't fix the problem (no resolution). Now this week, spent again 1800+ on a repair and they used aftermarket parts without consulting me. Who would go to dealer to get aftermarket? Drew is the service advisor that screws up and his loyal service manager is good at covering their backs. Posted invoices to prove!

My friend called them got a price, drove there, the price was 6k over what was initially discussed. Added random stuff. Avoid them.

Its been a month since I bought my 2019 Mazda 3 GT Sport from this dealership and I've been enjoying it ever since. I wasn't confident in buying a car because of the current state of our economy, but Sky Buteau (Sales Consultant) and Adnan Ismaili (Finance Manager) were super helpful in walking me through the process. I even had a couple of delays with my money order yet they were super accommodating and were very professional. I ended up getting a really good car for a good deal and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda!
