Sales person refused to disclose MSRP of the vehicle and indicated their system only prints monthly rates. Don't bother spending money here. Can't imagine what tricks they will pull once you actually buy a car.

The Barrhaven Mazda sales team worked together seamlessly to make my brand-new Mazda CX-5 purchase process as easy, exciting, and hassle-free as possible. The test-drive staff were friendly and helpful in confirming the exact trim I was looking for. The sales staff were knowledgeable, fair and honest throughout the entire buying, trade-in, and negotiation processes. The finance staff were helpful and knowledgeable with the explanation of warranties and accessories, as well as summarizing the details of complex documents while having the detailed explanations handy when necessary. The service and parts department have also done a great job with services and repairs on my old vehicle. I was never made to feel rushed or unimportant when dealing with any staff member, the customer service was exemplary. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a new car!

Highly recommend this dealership from salesperson (Nabi), to sales manager, general manager and finance officer. You will never find a more accommodating, professional, friendly team of people. Their personal styles compliment each other and make you feel like you are their only client.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS DEALERSHIP. The sales person literally told me If I was going to buy the car that day, otherwise he was not able to give me a quote, a simple quote! He never told me the out of the door price or any relevant Information I was asking for. He made me feel like I was begging some pennies.

The one star is generous. Adam was not knowledgeable on the deposit structure or policies. In addition, he was trying to sell us “optional” add-ons in which we were not interested in and we’re not quite “optional”. Both him and the manager were quite rude and frankly their negotiation and sales tactics were offensive as they kept repeating that “this is just how they sell cars” without any additional explanation of the add-ons and why they could not be removed. Save yourself the time and go to another dealership where a purchase as big as a car is taken seriously and empathetically.

A year ago my car burned and I desperately and urgently needed a new one. That dealership was the only one in the city who had new car in stock. One single car for the entire city. I came there early morning explained my situation and wanted to buy that car. They told me that if I want that car I will have to purchase all possible add on they offered, like oil change for life, extended warranty and so on, (things that I would never buy voluntarily) and if I don't buy it they will sell it to someone else. I had to agree because I was in the corner. Now, reading past reviews I see I am not the only one who fall in that trap. They just took advantage of my situation to squeeze more money out of me and those payments suffocating me now. Also, their ride home while your car is serviced service, is tricky. When I booked my first service, I was told that Stittsville is not part of the Ottawa so they can't drive me home. So, driving 30 km to downtown Ottawa is fine but 15 km to Stittsville is too far for them. I had to book early morning appointment and late to work because of it. Second time my car wasn't ready on time as was promised to me which also caused complications. However, this time they drove me home. One star for that. Bottom line, if you have a choice do research and go to another dealership.

Been to a few Mazda dealerships to negotiate a CX90. This one had by far the highest add ons. You shouldn't have to pay for rust proofing, lease end protection, wheel protection, etc. that add on $5k+ to a vehicle. Be informed and do your homework or you'll end up paying for things you don't need. Guys were nice though- not the salespeoples fault.
