After my vehicle was stolen, I needed a new car right away! Someone had cancelled their order and I jumped on it fast! They also set me up for their special Lifetime Oil Change program, I'll never pay for an oil change as long as I keep my new CX-5! Thank you Barrhaven Mazda Team!

Avoid this dealership. Went for a test drive and loved the CX-9. Salesman, Adam, from Barrhaven Mazda, texts me and tells me he won't sell me the CX-9 unless I purchase the added rust module (approximate $2,500). I'll quote the text "If it's not something you want, I can't help you with the CX9." I just want to purchase a vehicle. I don't want to be manipulated and pressured into unnecessary add-ons.

Rcently purchased a lease return car. The staff were quite helpful and approachable. Karim Abikhaled in the sales and Adnan in the finance were very accomodating and polite and didnt rush me through discussions. The minor touchups requested before the purchase were all taken care of. Highly recommend Karim for any purchase.

Be careful! Went in for a Cx-50 and they tried to charge us extra $9983 (negotiated down to $5294) in useless add-ons using high pressure tactics ("deal is only available one day"): Admin fee, $995 (negotiated away) Dilawri value package, $699 (negotiated away) Lifetime oil and filter package, $1999 Mazda added protection (concurrent with mazda warranty!), $3295 Rust mod/paint, $2995. (Negotiated away) P.s. They almost got us because we almost didn't realize they were omitting the cost of borrowing in the total, despite us asking for the price including that number.

What a nice and smooth experience at Barrhaven Mazda! Never thought I would've pick up a Mazda as my next vehicle, but I did! Thanks to the service and care that I received from the entire team. We were welcomed with a big smile and enthusiasm from Dan. Sky, who took his time to show and test drive various models, his honesty on the value and features of each vehicle was very appreciated. Followed by Karim who took the time to explain the options and accept that I was not sold right away. I called back the next day to ask if the model I wanted it was still available. Dan called me back within no time and booked me in first thing the next day. And I fell in love with the CX-5 Signature. What a nice and smooth ride. The comfort and features inside are all you need and the Bose sound system OMG! Adnan who took care of the financing, took his extra time to explain warranty and financing. I can't wait to pick my new car up all spotless in and out! My experience is one of the best of all the dealers I have visited and I am happy to have chosen Barrhaven Mazda!

(April 22) Had tires changed to winters as part of seasonal service. Discovered today that the "mechanic" had not bothered to mark tires to indicate where they'd been mounted - which means I, any other mechanic, or Dilawri's service department won't be able to mount them properly ever again (radials need to rotate the same direction - you shouldn't cross them to the other side). If they can't even do this simple thing - how can you trust them with more? Followup (April 29): I received a call from the service manager a few days after posting this review - he assured me mine is an unusual case. I brought the tires to the dealership, as the manager indicated he could tell what side they had been mounted on based on wear pattern (the tire treads are rougher against the direction of rotation, I think). He also measured the tread depth and recommended which to use as the front tires. No one can correct the original mistake, but I'd have to say they did what they could to put me back on the road - so I've updated my rating to match.

The team at Barrhaven Mazda are awesome! I went in looking at a used car and they treated me like I was buying a luxury vehicle. I dealt with Bogdan Bratu and Adnan Ismaili and they were great. Fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend this dealership when looking for new or used.

After 5 years of loving my Mazda CX-5, I thought it might be time to update my ride. Subsequent to test driving and deciding on a new CX-30, my husband and I spent 2.5 hours at Barrhaven Mazda negotiating a deal. There were a couple of line items on the agreement I would have declined (had I been able to to remove them), and although I shook hands on the deal, I was mentally exhausted when we left the dealership and not at all confident I’d made the right decision. On the morning of the designated delivery date, I received a call from Dan, the General Sales Manager, who said he’d heard I wasn’t overly comfortable with the deal. I conveyed my concerns, and he asked what he could do to make me happier. In my personal experience, it is rare to come across someone in his position who genuinely cares about the customer. I can’t say enough good things about this guy! In the end, although I spent more than I wanted to, I felt like a valued customer who received a fair deal. Sky and Karim were friendly and professional, as was Adnan, the Finance Manager, but it was Dan who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. The jury is still out on my new CX-30, but if it doesn’t work out, I would give Barrhaven Mazda my business again!
