Bought a Mazda CX-5 Signature from Alex in early December 2022. While negotiations for a car are never fun (especially in this market!), overall it was an excellent experience and we ended up with a fair price for the entire package of car, trade-in, winter tires etc. The entire team was polite, professional, efficient and willing to discuss options. Now we are just waiting for the vehicle to be delivered.

No one answers the phones, no one helps you

They never answer the phone, sales, service, just rings usually. Impossible to book a service appointment or get any help from a person.

Well, Sales manager Daniel and sales person James were highly cooperative and helpful in the process of buying the car, financial manager Adnan was a wonderful person and very patient, we loved the experience and we appreciate the effort they have done with us, the only complaint is the that in order to buy the car you have to buy extra service packages that you might or might not need, but at the end it is all about the supply chain.. Highly recommend this dealer.!

I love my car that I got here- so I am happy with the purchase. The experience was a bit frustrating and here is some advice: -there are no deals to be had right now when buying a car- if it is too good to be true, question it. The customer is at a disadvantage. -ask for an itemized invoice before agreeing to anything -take notes or record your meeting with the salesperson -watch for dealer add ons- they will try to sell you things you don’t want or need -try to pay cash as much as possible as they will gouge you with the interest rate and charges to finance. -walk away before making a decision and do your research on buying a used car. There is no cooling off period and sales are final.

This review is directly related to the service department, not the sales department. We brought a car in for a brake squeal and they recommended a brake service which did not work and now they won't warranty the brakes because they are saying we serviced it elsewhere.

With the car shortage in place, they force you to pay for additional services and warranties on top of the exorbitant admin fee. Stop trying to mint money off of these difficult times.
