30,000 km after purchasing this vehicle the engine had problems and needed to be replaced and the rear wheel bearings were gone. Pretty sad as this vehicle had all the maintence done to it and it is only 5 years old with 165,000 Km on it. The cost of the new engine I was told would be $8,899.00 and the wheel bearings were $1,056.00 and they could have all the parts in a couple days. I was hesitant as this Is a lot of money but am stuck so agreed to have the work done. Two weeks later I’m told to come and pick up the vehicle as it is ready. Without letting me know they changed the price of the engine to $9,489.96 with no explanation and told me they couldn’t find wheel bearings and have no idea when they can get them. They recommended I didn’t drive my vehicle until the wheel bearings were fixed. Why did the lie to me about the wheel bearings being available when they weren’t and why can they change the price without notifying me? updated..... Thanks Barrhaven mazda for doing nothing but sending a heartfelt autoreply message. Truly do care about your customers. Also i did already contact the customer service department and their response was that's to bad.

Absolutely terrible service! We bought a Mazda CX-9 from this dealership a year and a half ago. Loved the dealership when purchasing the vehicle (no surprise there) however recently it needed a new engine due to a cracked cylinder and a rear wheel bearing replaced. Why a 2016 with 160,000kms on it (used as a family vehicle) would need a new engine is unbelievable but we got unlucky I guess. Since then the service has been nothing but terrible. We purchased warranty on the vehicle which caps at $5000 per claim. But the dealer failed to submit two claims so we are stuck paying over half the motor cost and the full cost of the wheel bearings due to their error. To top it off they failed to mention that they cannot get wheel bearings and have no clue when they will be back in stock. So now they have fixed the motor and stuck us with a bill just over $6000 on a vehicle we still cannot drive for who knows how much longer. We live out in the country and need a vehicle and this dealership has done nothing to help us, Only make things worse. DO NOT go here!

⛔️DO NOT recommend visiting this store‼️‼️‼️ Very bad customers service! The opinion of the client is not taken into account! The manager did not sell us the car because we refused additional services that we did not need! We were ready to buy a car from the first visit, with full payment immediately. The manager added to the cost of the car, additional services we did not need for 14,000 CAD !!!! And we couldn't refuse! We were forced to pay for something that we do not need! This is unacceptable! If I don't need an extended warranty for a new car or rust protection and many other services I don't need, why should I pay for it?! ⛔️ I DO NOT recommend visiting this store and especially buying a car! They will try to swindle you for money! Just spoiled the impression of the brand!

Big Scam is a big sham. I bought a Nissan Maxima SR from this dealership. That time I was student and couldn’t approve myself for auto loan so they asked me to get a co-signer. End of 2021 I had major accident. The car was total lost and they insurance offered me market value which was less than what my car was Worth. The insurance stated that the car is not SR trim, the report shows SV that’s why. I found my bill of sales and it stated SR. I emailed the dealership manager, his response was sending me the fake report which shows SR trim and asking me to deal with the insurance. I forwarded that to the insurance and they replied to the manager with the car history from the transportation ministry to confirm the trim which shows SV. The insurance paid me for SV which is less $4000 then SR. What other funny think I found is they made me signed the bill of sales which shows SR trim and signed another bill of sales by my co-signer shows SV. I reached OMVIC but for that I have to follow up and might need to pay some amount for lawyer but in the current situation I do not have time and can’t afford this trouble. I have all the documents and bill of sales and I will still keep it if anyone is interested on going to review. I would love to share the documents screenshots Here but I do not know how to do it. I still kept them and I will ask one day. If anyone is interested or having the same kind of issue with this dealership I would love to send them the copies if they have time to give them a listen. Thanks

Looked at the all new cx 50 I would recommend that car for someone looking for a good suv it looked real nice
