Bought a Mazda CX-5 Signature from Alex in early December 2022. While negotiations for a car are never fun (especially in this market!), overall it was an excellent experience and we ended up with a fair price for the entire package of car, trade-in, winter tires etc. The entire team was polite, professional, efficient and willing to discuss options. Now we are just waiting for the vehicle to be delivered.

Had an awesome time at the Mazda dealership again, thanks to Wasfi and Abood! These two were total rockstars..super friendly, knew their stuff, and made the whole car-buying process a great and easy experience. Special thanks to Wasfi the sales manager, he’s such a professional, patient and very decent person to deal with, this deal wasn’t going to happen without him! If you’re looking for great service and good vibes, ask for them!

I just bought a 2022 Mazda 3 turbo from Alex at Barrhaven Mazda. The dealership is amazing and staff are exceptional. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and passionate. I love my car that I got here- so I am happy with the purchase. The experience was a bit frustrating and here is some advice: -there are no deals to be had right now when buying a car- if it is too good to be true, question it. The customer is at a disadvantage. -ask for an itemized invoice before agreeing to anything -take notes or record your meeting with the salesperson -watch for dealer add ons- they will try to sell you things you don’t want or need -try to pay cash as much as possible as they will gouge you with the interest rate and charges to finance. -walk away before making a decision and do your research on buying a used car. There is no cooling off period and sales are final.

This review is directly related to the service department, not the sales department. We brought a car in for a brake squeal and they recommended a brake service which did not work and now they won't warranty the brakes because they are saying we serviced it elsewhere.

30,000 km after purchasing this vehicle the engine had problems and needed to be replaced and the rear wheel bearings were gone. Pretty sad as this vehicle had all the maintence done to it and it is only 5 years old with 165,000 Km on it. The cost of the new engine I was told would be $8,899.00 and the wheel bearings were $1,056.00 and they could have all the parts in a couple days. I was hesitant as this Is a lot of money but am stuck so agreed to have the work done. Two weeks later I’m told to come and pick up the vehicle as it is ready. Without letting me know they changed the price of the engine to $9,489.96 with no explanation and told me they couldn’t find wheel bearings and have no idea when they can get them. They recommended I didn’t drive my vehicle until the wheel bearings were fixed. Why did the lie to me about the wheel bearings being available when they weren’t and why can they change the price without notifying me? updated..... Thanks Barrhaven mazda for doing nothing but sending a heartfelt autoreply message. Truly do care about your customers. Also i did already contact the customer service department and their response was that's to bad.
