Two bad experiences with Palladino Honda, and specifically a salesman named Jeff, and I won't be going back. The first one was last fall, we went in to purchase a new CR-V, and the disrespect and deceitful sales tricks used by Jeff left us with a bad feeling - so we went over to Laking Toyota and bought a Rav4 instead. Much happier with that experience. The second time dealing with Honda was a few weeks ago, I purchased a used vehicle and Jeff was the salesman again. The vehicle was fine, but ended up coming with wheels and tires that are different from what he told me it would have, and in trying to resolve the issue, Jeff was rude and disrespectful and would not admit that the wheels and tires I got were not correct. He tried telling me that it's my fault and that there was nothing he can do. Anyway I feel that I got ripped off there and was definitely treated very poorly. Customer service at Laking Toyota is WAY better so I recommend going there instead of Palladino Honda any day.

My Honda Odyssey recently had a electrical issue that was affecting my alarm system that would seem to correct itself, only to re-occur weeks later. Jody the mechanic was the one who determined the issue, and he took his time with me explaining what steps he took, and I am extremely happy with his expertise. Kara and Dan, Service Advisers, were awesome to work with, including Marilyn, Service Manager who addressed the situation with the customer in mind. Great team!

Dropped my car off Sunday night because the check engine light had come on; when I called to talk to the service department they already had my car up on the hoist and had determined what the problem was and that it was covered under warranty. When they took my car out for a test they noticed a noise and discovered a bearing that needed to be replaced, again under warranty. I appreciated the excellent service provided and the friendly experienced staff.
