Purchasing my first new Honda at Palladino was a breeze and I enjoyed my experience very much. A few years later and looking to upgrade to a CRV was a different experience. I was treated poorly by a salesman who lied and treated me with disrespect when it came to the price of the vehicle, behaving as though he didnt agree to a price and also telling me my spouse agreed to a higher threshold price (which I know is NOT true) His tricks sent me to the door so I switched to the Rav at Toyota, far better sales experience. Later, purchasing a second vehicle looking at Honda again (used this time) we were not treated with the respect and ended up with the same salesman who was rude, changed schedules on us, made us feel like a burden and has made us feel like our business is not valued. He has been sarcastic, rude and nothing short of an a** through text. Long Story Short-you wont see me back in there...the two negative experiences have far outweighed the positive one. If you want to be shown respect, I suggest another dealership.

It was recommended that Maintenance b service to extend life of brakes so I felt once the tire was off and it was determined I need brakes and rotors then I should of been contacted to see if I want brakes done now or if waiting to not proceed with cleaning them and maintenance of them. I felt for 183$ I was told I need brakes, do not feel the service was needed or warranted at that time. Plus a charge of filter and oil which I was told was included in the plan
