We had a great experience buying our Jeep at South Trail Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We originally spoke with the manager, Brad Shannon, and gave him a list of the things we were hoping to find (model/colour/interior/extras, etc). Within a day, he emailed us a few different options that fit what we were looking for. The next day we went to see them in person and were able to test drive both the gas and hybrid models. Most dealerships right now have very few, if any, options to actually test drive right now, so it was really nice to be able to test both and compare, which meant we were able to make a far more informed decision. Both Brad and our salesmen Ryan Steele made sure we knew the pro's and con's of each and answered all of our questions honestly. We took the rest of the day to decide which model we liked best and the next morning we were back to sign papers. We worked with Taylor in the finance department, who processed everything within the day. The next morning, we picked up our Jeep! Given the shortage of vehicles and materials right now, we were really surprised that we not only got exactly what we wanted (leather interior, Altitude kit, upgraded tires, etc.- everything that is so difficult to come by right now!), but that we were able to get it so quickly. Within 72 hours of sharing what we were looking for and it was sitting in our driveway- even the registration and plates were taken care of! We were very impressed with the experience. Brad, Ryan and Taylor were so accommodating and absolutely amazing to work with- we would highly recommend!

At least this dealership does one thing consistently, not call you back for parts/service or for buying a new vehicle. They also refuse to give you fleet pricing on vehicles right now as they would rather make full commission instead of selling a vehicle.

We are sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience with us Joel. Right now, due to never been seen inventory shortages, fleet vehicles are very difficult to come by. Typically we order fleet vehicles for our customers but ordering isn't available right now due to the extremely long waits and chip shortages. Amazing salesperson. “The Fun Guy !” Cory did a great job getting some the best deal possible. After meeting with the sales manager in person and having him answer some questions we had the sale was an easy decision to make. The Financing went seamlessly and Taylor offer us amazing protection and extended warranty for an outstanding value for the price. I would highly recommend South Trail Chrysler to anyone looking for a new or new to you vehicle.

Just updating this (3-10-22).. Kyle Smyth is a ROCKSTAR! We met him about 10 months ago, and he got us into a Jeep Liberty.. Fast forward to this past weekend, and he worked his magic to get us an even better rate + a newer vehicle with only 17,000km on it! If you're looking for a used vehicle, and have some credit hiccups Go SEE KYLE SMYTH!!!
