Bought new tires a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately picked up a scew😕.. South trail fit me in on a weekend and back on the road! Always friendly and I don't mind the coffee ☕! Thank you.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. There were several situations with the Service, but the last one was a real disrespect. In one of the situations I left the car because I was having to calibrate the tire several times a week. I left the car 3 times to discover the problem. Only the third time did they find the screw, that is, the other times they didn't even look at the tire. Complete nonsense. Last Friday I made an appointment because of a loud noise at the wheel, and unbelievably until 4:30pm no one had seen my car. They simply forgot. Really?? several people attended me, but unfortunately all with poor customer service. The Service urgently needs to be improved.

The dealership went over some software updates that I had got a letter about. They informed me that one update was not able to be done yet but we could book later for it. I used their shuttle service from the dealership home and back again and it was great!

The thing that had me in a great shock that a potential buyer of a vehicle at this particular dealership has to PAY $1000 upfront in order to discuss any $$ amount for the vehicle. The certified Sales Rep explained me by saying that it shows that the buyer is serious !! If a person is not serious why would they waste 45 minutes of their time. Is it even legal to take the money upfront to discuss money for the vehicle ???? I have never seen that anywhere in any dealerships. The Certified Sales person never explained any promotions, never explained any company rebates and never explained anything which can help out a customer......when I visited the other dealerships I came to know about all the incentives offered by RAM Canada. They call themselves the biggest dealership of Canada but they have close to no inventory for anything.....and I guess the blame will go to the pandemic....

Hello Kunjal, we are sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience with us. I feel the need to clarify some things so that the situation is transparent and factual. We do not require a deposit to discuss payment terms, price or anything of that nature. As you know, you made us an offer on one of our trucks. When a customer makes us an offer that they would like to present to the sales manager we take a deposit to secure the vehicle at that point which is refundable as you know, because you got your deposit back very quickly. Currently Ram has two different incentives available on the Ram 1500, one of which is 0% financing for 84 months. Since you were adamant that you wanted 0% financing we are not sure what other promotions you wanted to know about? The crux of the situation is that you made us an offer over $25,000 below the actual price of the truck which we obviously could not accept. We apologize if that frustrated you, but I hope you realize that it just isn't possible. not at our dealership or any other dealership. We are lucky to have the largest dealership in Canada, but every manufacturer is suffering from low inventory levels due to the chip shortage which is well documented and I encourage you to read about. The service work was great the only issue i had was getting the shuttle to get me at work. I called to see if my truck was ready and after getting a call back it was ready. They said the shuttle would be on the way and i would get a text when they were close. After waiting 60 minutes with nothing so I called to get updated, they said he would be leaving shortly which was another 40 mins. When I talked to the driver he said they were not busy and not sure why they didn't tell him to head to my workplace as he was only 10 mins away picking up another person. I wonder how long it would have been if I didnt called for an update after 60 mins.

Hello AMH, we greatly apologize for the frustration that resulted from the shuttle not arriving when it should have. After looking into why this happened we determined that the shuttle request, which is made through software that we use, didn't get sent properly and resulted in the request not being seen. After you called to inquire what was taking so long we resubmitted the request and it went through. Again, we are very sorry and by no means are we making excuses, we should have caught the error sooner.
