Great place! Honestly I'm having issues with the car I have purchased but they have stated they are working on financing a new vehicle for me due to it not being my fault and these problems have been there from the start its been 2 weeks with no updates... but I'm sure they will get it all sorted out! Busy place with very careing staff! Let's hope i can get contacted befor anymore problems occur with my vehicle

Was helped by osman. Initially almost bought a vehicle that didn't work for me was drawn in by "its fast" signed the deal and all after a day changed my mind and went into the dealership a little hot headed like a bull in a China shop, but osman calmed me down reassured me and still helped me. Got me into a 2017 pathfinder and couldn't be happier. Great experience highly recommend osman and empire auto.

I purchased a car that had a new engine installed from Empire Auto. The car had approximately 100k on it. It was driven very little and started to have engine troubles. I had also a purchased a warranty with the car, which the car was still under. Empire Auto told me that it needed a new engine and that I would have to cover a portion of the engine and the labor. I took it to another mechanic, and he told me that there was no compression due to wore rings, etc. Basically, Empire put in an engine that had many, many more kilometers than the 100k that the car showed. The engine was already worn out when put in. When told this, People's Choice Warranty told me that they don't cover normal wear and tear and only deal with Empire. Normal wear and tear??? It was barely driven over the course of a year. Empire still insisted that I pay a portion of repairs. Not happy with People's Choice Warranty or Empire Auto. I am stuck with a car that I can't drive unless I pay more money, the warranty was useless as well.
