I was interested in getting a car, I called to come and look at something, I test drove a car, looked at a few others and had one in mind. After Deepak and the team worked days on end, they ended up getting me an amazing deal and a nice new car!! They didn’t take no for an answer and they worked very hard to ensure I walked away with a smile. I’ll definitely be going back to see Deepak when I’m ready to get a new car and I’ll be recommending him to anyone and everyone I hear looking for a new ride !! Thank you Deepak and Empire Auto Group!!!

Shady business. They sell lemons at a large price and hang up on you when you want your car fixed! Disgusted with this business!

We cannot find any record that you've ever bought a car from us or otherwise requested any kind of auto service from us at all. If you have mistakenly copied the review from another user and posted it as though it were your own, we would appreciate you removing it as being unfairly negatively reviewed by individuals who are not our customers is not constructive and does not aid any prospective customers in a meaningful way. Certified vehicles aren’t certified in the sense of the word when other dealerships use it. Reliability is awful their communication is even worse. Entire days wasted eating to hear back from people who have “just stepped out for lunch.” My 2018 which I bought in January has melted light sockets, spark plugs are shot and not even legal tread on the tire which has me wondering how honest the safety even is. 10/10 would suggest you stay away at all costs

The owner Nick and his staff were amazing to deal with from start to Finish they made sure you were in a car you loved .In the last month they helped myself and my son and step son all get into cars 🚗 that we love . They also offer great warranties that you can customize to your vehicle purchase

My experience at Empire auto group was excellent , Haig was a great salesman who never made me feel pressured at all. He answered any questions we had , had quick response when i sent my initial enquiry over, and the entire process to buy my vehicle was smooth. I drove from Windsor to deal this this dealership, after shopping around for quite some time for a vehicle, this was our final stop in the search. they made it very easy for us. i would absolutely recommend this dealership and Haig too anybody searching for a good vehicle and a stress free experience. thanks alot Empire Auto group, and Haig !
