I will continue to drive past two other dodge dealerships to have my Service done here. Always fair. Honest and work with the client Treavor has been awesome every time I go in. It’s been 3 years since I posted this review and it’s still the same. Amazing service. Fair pricing. Highly recommend going here. I bought a truck last year and they were also good in sales. May be buying another one soon too.

All of my experiences with the service team at South Trail have been excellent, and this is no exception. The team members are caring and experienced, and that includes everyone from the Manager, the parts staff, booking staff, check in team and shuttle drivers.

In my experience the manager of the parts department had absolutely no sense of responsibility whatsoever. He insists on selling part to vehicles even if they don’t fit or aren't meant for the vehicle. After driving just over 1000km with my TOYOTA, the power steering belt supplied by the above spliced and splintered causing it to spin off the pulley on an offramp from the highway. Had I not forced the wheel my family would have hit the semi truck directly beside me. This place wont replace a $17 dollar belt that FAILED. You be the judge. ***UPDATE***If management had any sense of responsibility they would spend more time making sure 10 year old belts don’t end up being sold ( not to mention for the wrong vehicles ) instead of trolling the internet for arguments.

Hello Darren, let's make sure we tell the whole story before leaving poor reviews that are not deserved. The vehicle was not purchased from us, it was purchased privately and you have had no business here previously. It seems the belt was purchased here and installed by the previous owner. You called our parts department, having found the receipt in the car, and were verbally abusive to both our parts advisor and parts manager. We may have even gone above and beyond to help you had we not been treated so poorly over the phone, but we do not condone that type of behavior. ***UPDATE*** Darren the belt was not old or used as we do not sell old or used parts. We are not trolling or looking for an argument, we simply want to explain the facts for anyone else who may read this.
