Extremely responsive and flexible experience

Cory provided a great experience, including vast knowledge of the truck I was looking at. All my objections were met with reasonable answers and gave me extra confidence in the product and the dealership. Although I didn't end up buying the truck, there is a strong chance I'll be a future customer and will definitley be sending family and friends this way. Additionally, the time I was allowed with the vehicle will have me recommending Ram as an amazingly capable truck all the way around and I will be singing its praises.

From booking an appointment online to a test drive and ultimate purchase, the entire team at STC was focused on delivering an exceptional experience. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. This service was for the replacement of my windshield, which on my vehicle is far more complex than a conventional glass replacement. As such, the service technician did all the vehicle disassembly work, and then the glass shop came in to fir the glass. Afterwards, the service technician did the final reassembly. The work was done excellently, expediently, and carefully. I'm very pleased with the final results. Kudos to entire team for looking after me (and my car) so well. Thank you.

Was really happy with the ease of the online booking, as well as the valet service. This made it so much easier to get my vehicle service completed. Ahmed was easy to deal with, and quickly dealt with some missed information on my original request, and got the work done in great time. Bella you as very polite on the phone while sorting out the bill and drop off location and time. Thanks to everyone who made this an easy appointment!

Booked an oil change appointment a week ago for today. On arrival told it would be 2-2.5 hrs. This is a oil change not a service just an oil change. This is unacceptable, what’s the point of an appointment! I’ve normally had great service but looks like someone dropped the ball.

Hey Paul, we apologize for the miscommunication and wait time. We do not actually book appointments for oil changes, they are on a first come first serve basis through our express lane. When booking online you can select a "check-in" time to make sure there is an advisor available to meet you and take your keys, however that does not signify a specific time that your oil change will begin. It is apparent that we need to communicate that more effectively and we will add some information to our online booking system to prevent frustration in the future. We sincerely appreciate your business and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
