Thorough going beyond what was scheduled

My vehicle was scheduled for specific repair. Techs found that the water pump was going to fail. They placed a new one in that was beyond the original repair. It is saving me from a road side breakdown. Thank you so very much :)

Terrible mechanics and services are horrible.. payed for window insurance and they did not provide me with what I wanted... 5 thumbs down for this shit show ... biggest dealer in canada yet cant fix or do anything... thanks for a horrible experience...
