The Service Rep was nice and friendly and so were the other people at the Dealership. Service on my Jeep was quick and seamless.

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with!

After being lied to & misled by the sales person (he tried to charge me 20% for GST), I was still interested in the vehicle & put a deposit down. I was told with a deposit down, no one could test drive or look at the car. As I was driving to the dealership the next day to sign the paperwork, they called me to say they had a better offer and I should not bother coming in! Additionally, they had not done a safety inspection on the car yet & once completed, they expected me to pay for half of the required repairs on the car (in addition to trying to charge me $1299 for the safety). Needless to say, I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership- nor should you!

If you are looking at having your vehicle serviced, whether it be a Chrysler product or not, this department truly goes above and beyond. I am blown away with what they have done for me. I have never been treated better in any transaction before! Highly recommend Phil(service manager) and his team!
