Anytime I bring my vehicle the service is great , don’t trust anyone else to work on my vehicle . I live in NW Calgary and go to the other side of the city .

Disappointing

I was extremely disappointed in my last experience at South Trail Chrysler. Not only was my car here two weeks prior and then had the same issue happen within the two weeks but I did not feel as though the service rep treated me very nicely. My car sat at the shop for two weeks and I was not aware of additional repairs until after the car was fixed leaving me with a bill $500 more than I was quoted. Not only that but when I received my car back there were pieces not put back together and when they reassembled one part they assembled it with my charger pinched in it causing me to now have to take my car back again so they can unassemble and remove the charger. I am extremely unhappy with this service.

I brought my Jeep in to have the service bulletin done for the steering box. I have aftermarket parts on my jeep and of course the mechanic blamed those.

dealership is amazing, when every i have a issue they always manage to get me in right away and never a problem they always go above and beyond for there customers, weather service or sales, always buy my rigs form here and always send other to c ome here.

We appreciate you kind words about our service department Matt, however the reason we could not supply you a truck to move equipment is because of insurance. We are not permitted to loan vehicles if they are going to be used to move equipment or pull a trailer etc. If you had needed a van or suv to get from A to B that would not have been a problem at all.

The people are great and the service is great as well. I really noticed a difference in my car after the oil change and work done. I would highly recommend South Trail Chrysler to anyone. Once again, I am very pleased and trust my vehicle with them. Thanks again Trevor.
