Simon was an absolute joy to work with. He was knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering my specific questions. It's not always an easy decision on which vehicle to pick but Simon helped me feel secure about my final decision. I'll definitely recommend to family and friends. Our experience with Devon Singh was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable and never once pressured us into making a decision. We came in just to explore our options, and Devon went above and beyond, showing us eight different units until we found the perfect one. What truly set him apart from other salespeople was his honesty and transparency. Simon sold me a car a little while back and he was awesome to work with!! He got me exactly what I wanted and an amazing deal as well. He was very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable, the staff at st.albert dodge were also very friendly and welcoming. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had inquired about a RAM truck i was interested in to reduce my current payments and possibly lowering my loan amount. Nick Marando sent me a text message the next day asking if I had 10 minutes to spare. I was very hesitant weighing all the options and thinking that this would be another typical car salesman trying to make a quick sale having no regard for my initial concern which was lowering my payment and not leaving with a higher loan then the one I was currently in. I decided to come down to St. Albert Dodge and showed Nick my vehicle and he was able to get me a trade in value that I was happy with! Then it came down to the price on the vehicle and the payments I was comfortable with making. We looked at a few other vehicles but I was set on the one truck. Nick was able to get me to the payment amount I was comfortable with after some negotiations and even got me a new set of tires for the truck! There was no pressure throughout the buying experience with Nick to purchase TODAY. He gave me my options and was open and honest about the whole sale. Now I am the owner of a “new to me” RAM! I would refer Nick to anyone in the market looking for a vehicle. BONUS, he also gives you some free swag when the deals closed lol! Thanks for everything Nick, we will be back in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
