Shannon and the finance team was awesome at St.Albert Dodge. Told him what I was looking for & he nailed them all down for me. Super easy process with trading in my vehicle & getting exactly what I was hoping for. Not to mention the cute little hot wheels vehicle to match our new purchase!

Purchased a 2024 Dodge Ram in January of this year. Had Shannon Stuht help me out and he was amazing during the process. Helped me get the truck I wanted and was transparent while doing so. Couldn’t say a bad thing about the guy. Made it a great experience! Finance team was also great in working out a term I was comfortable with. Overall a great dealership and a great experience.

I encourage all of you to go to St. Albert Dodge with all your vehicle inquiries. Bailey Gall, in sales, Clint Plante, the sales manager and Evan Nikolaj, the finance manager, went above and beyond without the pressure of buying a vehicle every step. Bailey and Clint were professional, straightforward, and actively listened to my wants and needs when buying a vehicle. They guided me towards options that perfectly fit my budget and went above and beyond my expectations. Bailey and Clint will ensure you know all the information about a vehicle and work around your budget and credit to meet your needs. If you did not understand or needed clarity, they would sit down with you and show you or find another way to explain it to understand, regardless of whether you were buying a vehicle, without the added pressure that some other dealerships give you. Bailey was among the newest sales team members and deserves his own office! When Bailey did not know something, he would tell you but make sure he promptly found the correct answer from someone else. If St. Albert Dodge cannot find a vehicle in their lot that matches your wants and needs, they will find one! Clint did a fantastic job supporting Bailey. Evan was just as excellent as Bailey and Clint. He walked me through the process of how they got me approved, and explained every detail clearly and respectfully. I genuinely felt that Evan and Clint cared for my best interests and their clients. Bailey, Clint, and Evan made purchasing my first vehicle stress-free and made it easy for me to be confident of driving away with a new vehicle that I loved; plus, they gave me a great deal. I am part of the St. Alberta Dodge Family and happy to support them. I haven't experienced their Service Department yet, but I hope to get the same treatment when I do. Highly recommend —10/10 experience!
