Worst customer service experienced. They don’t communicate with customers and just bluff about their parts and service. Slowest service ever I saw and least reliable showroom and service.

Recently bought a used van at Palladino Honda. My biggest piece of advice to any customer new or existing: Make sure you get everything in writing. When we bought the van we were told that we would be contacted when they second key arrives at the dealership. However, a week after we purchased the van we were hit with the classic "Where is it in writing?" Just a warning to all customers: Get everything in writing, because even after you spend 45k on a vehicle, they will not honor anything that was not in writing. It is not only a second key, Because it is critical in todays age to have a second key. but you would think they would at least do that considering they own 40 dealerships in Sudbury
