All I can say about this dealership is that the service they provided me is well ABOVE a 5 star 🌟. While visiting family in July/24, my tire ( passenger front) unfortunately hit a curb while I was trying to avoid hitting a massive pothole (the roads are brutal). My tires were already on their last season, and I did not feel safe driving home on the 400/401 with a chunk of tire scraped off. I called more than 5 places for the price of replacement 245/50R20 102H tires. The problem I was having, is no one had them in stock and the delivery time was 3 to 4 days, some places more than 5 days. However, if it wasn't for PALLADINO HONDA, I would not be heading back home on the original day planned. Not only did Marilyn Bosdon, Service Manager ensure that the tires were delivered the next day and installed, she also provided me with the cheapest price. I am so thankful for this!! I also want to give Darren Scopazzi a 5 star 🌟 plus. All I can say is I will pay it forward. Thank 😊 you once again!

Would not recommend buying any car here if it includes warranty… paid over 10k in warranty for my Honda and I can’t even get a call back when I was told 4 times they will get back to me. Very disappointing. As soon as you buy a vehicle you’re pretty much pushed aside.

I live a couple hrs from Sudbury, my civic was over heating and no shop in town could properly help, I had it towed via caa to this fantastic shop, and as I work had to do everything over the phone. My service person Miss Jaden and her team were very helpful and in a short time my car was complete and inspected by proper Honda techs. Absolutely satisfied!!! Time comes for a new car I think I'll be going there.

Palladino Honda is by far the best automobile dealership i have gone at. Everyone was really hospitable and really helpful, especially Motti, an amazing person and me and my family loved his way of showing every single step before and after purchasing the car. The car i purchased was a 2022 Toyota corolla LE, till now its the best reliable car yet and thank you to Motti and the team for introducing yourself and thank you so much with finding us the perfect car in a very short period of time. If anybody is interested in purchasing a car, i definetly reccomend Motti from Palladino Honda in Sudbury.

Took my Honda CRV for service. Excellent service by Katie, one of the Customer Service Rep. I had a great shuttle ride back home after dropped off my vehicle with an old fella with white hair (can't remember his name). We had good chat for the short ride and he seems to know the town quite well. Left my wallet in the ride, never knew until I got a call that my wallet was found in the shuttle ride. Such a honest and sincere employees. Thanks Katie and my special warm regards and appreciation to your shuttle service driver that found & returned my wallet.
