Dealing with Anik at Bytek was an amazing experience. She was very knowledgeable and prompt at responding to all my enquiries, and she delivered the car within a short period of time. I highly recommend her as your personal sales representative.

Disappointed… I went into this dealership with the hopes of purchasing a vehicle. And left disappointed. We had an excellent experience with Amanda, Ali and Abdalla - but our interactions with other members of this sales staff was extremely disappointing and underwhelming. We will take our money elsewhere. It can’t be that hard to find a dealership that wants to sell a vehicle.

Just picked up a lease car from Bytek. Anik my sales representative was excellent throughout the process and made everything very easy, particularly for a foreign national. I would recommend to anyone looking for a lease car.

Having purchased many cars over the years I have to say that dealing with Amanda Poisson at Bytek was by FAR the best experience I've had to date. Amanda was there to answer my questions while at the same time not being the typical pushy sales person. The after sales attention by both Amanda and the rest of the staff was also exceptional as they worked to solve a small issue that I had. I highly recommend Bytek if you are considering a car purchase!

I leased my car from Anik who was awesome, very helpful and easy to work with. I was also helped by Jenn on the paperwork side of things who was again awesome to work with and even when I popped in unexpectedly to add my partner to the lease helped us add her smoothly and quickly. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!
