Bought our new to us VW Golf from Bytek and were overall pleased with the sales process. Brought the car in for its first oil and filter change and had a few questions about available options and some minor bodywork. No one department was able to get me the information I needed, so I wandered from department to department ringing bells waiting for someone to help me. When I finally talked to someone, the answers were brief, and not the least bit helpful. I left feeling very underwhelmed with the service and not willing to return unless it is absolutely necessary. A sale should not end when the car drives off the lot... In addition to that, the appointment was scheduled for Friday morning but we arranged with the Service Department to drop it off on Thursday afternoon. The work was completed that evening (Thursday) and we picked the car up before close. Today (Saturday) we received an email (somewhat scolding us) from the Service Department indicating that we had missed our appointment. Love the car but disappointed in the service and won't likely return.

What great service received from Raymond and Anik while purchasing my new Tiguan. They were professional and always able to answer any questions I may have and great with following-up after pick-up to make sure I was good. Such a friendly team that made this new purchase a smooth ride. I would definitely recommend anyone considering a VW to check them out!

We had a fantastic experience with Geoff and Jenn at Bytek Volkswagen when purchasing our car last weekend. Geoff (Sales Representative who worked with us) answered all our questions and thoroughly explained all our options. Geoff and Jenn made the financing process clear and straightforward. Geoff wasn't pushy and was attentive to all our requests, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Geoff was extremely helpful, supportive, and patient. His dedication to excellent customer service made our car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely return to Bytek, specifically to Geoff, for future purchases, and we highly recommend him to all our friends. Thank you, Geoff, for your outstanding service! We also had a chance to meet a team that works in the Bytek Service & Parts. Frank (Service Advisor) and his team of mechanics were very helpful and did their best to help us resolve the minor issue we had with a car and kept us informed of each step of the checks and fixes they did. I am happy to recommend both Bytek Volkswagen and Anik who helped me through the purchasing process. I appreciate Anik's patience and knowledge while I explored various options as we refined the details of my purchase. Do not do business with them 🙅🏼♀️ not accommodating and have a lot of rigid policies like 15 km for Uber service, having to pay 55$/day for a loaner when they don’t have time to look at your brand new car. Absolutely horrendous. They have no loyalty towards long term clients.
