Walked-in recently to ask a question and possibly get a bit of help for my Golf. Dusty was awesome, even taking the time to come with me to look at my car to better help by ensuring no mix-up in communication/description and answering/helping me. All I’ve ever heard about Bytek is how great the service was. It’s my second VW, the first one i bought couple years ago from the dealership over in Gatineau, and the difference is night and day. I did business with Dilhan, who is a great salesman., and Everything went as smooth as butter. I Would recommend Bytek to anyone, anytime! 👌

Great experience here. No pressure, very transparent, and I drove away with exactly what I am looking for. The service department is also very good at what they do. They are pricey (but what dealership service isn't?) but the work they do is quality.

Impressed! Popped into the dealership today without an appointment because I had a bulge on the sidewall of my tire that was probably going to pop at any given moment. Alex was very helpful in parts and ordered me a new tire. Then I proceeded to service where Dusty and JR assisted me. Their knowledge and efficiency made the situation so much smoother. Dusty’s sense of humour while still maintaining his professionalism was an added bonus. JR then went out of his way to put on a spare tire for me since my new tire had to be ordered. I’m so impressed with how I was looked after and I look forward to returning to this dealership for all my service in the near future.
