I was there with my son to co-sign the financing for his new Honda. Despite the fact that he made an appointment with Thayan for a specific time to come in and sign the papers and pick up the car, we were kept waiting for 45 minutes. As a result, by the time we went through all the paperwork, which took a long time, there was very little time for Thayan to go over the features of the car with my son, as it was getting dark, and my son had to go home to get ready for work the next day. Had we not been kept waiting and had the paperwork been done a bit more quickly, it would have been a much better experience.
