Alex has been my service advisor on a few occasions and the service that I have received has always been at a very high level. Alex is always extremely polite, courteous and friendly. But what I value most is that he always demonstrates an appreciation for both cost (in terms of the potential cost of repairs) and time (by keeping me updated and seemingly trying to get the car through quickly).

Tiger is a wonderful, considerate representative. He provides an excellent customer service experience. He communicates clearly, is always respectful, and keeps me well informed on what to expect. The maintenance team are also wonderful. I never feel that they are recommending work to be done that is not necessary. The work is done well, and in a timely fashion. The administrative team are also a pleasure to deal with. They are always respectful, expedient and helpful. I bought my Honda CRV from Roadsport in 2007. Because of the great customer service, I have always used their service centre. I have had friends tell me to use a non-dealer related service because they are "cheaper", but I would never even consider it. With the Roadsport team, I have peace of mind that my car and my needs are well taken care of. Thanks to Tiger and the entire Roadsport team for giving me a wonderful customer experience!
