I was shopping for a slightly used vehicle or a moderately priced new vehicle. Upon entering Acura on Brant, my husband and I were warmly greeted and were told they had what we wanted, and they did! Not only are we thrilled with our purchase but the sales rep was so caring and informative and involved that I alsmost felt like part of the family. The sales rep and the manager who drew up the contract answered every question and were very helpful and I think the sales rep, Mike, was almost as excited as we were! I would recommend, and already have, anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and be treated with respect and kindness. The gift basket we received was just the icing on the cake. Great job! A warm friendly environment, fair negotiation and excellent customer service made it easy to choose Jerome for my used Buick Enclave vehicle purchase. I visited few other dealerships and none could measure up to Jerome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great shuttle service-prompt and enjoyable Thanks Charlie. Service dept is good but had to bring the vehicle back to have the job finished as parts were not put back on as requested. The mangers did apologize but one of the reasons I was there to begin with was someone didn't do a thorough inspection of the vehicle before we purchased it resulting in 2 shop visits in 4 weeks of ownership.. Understanding that the dealership is under renovations the following problems should be minimized when that is done-service parking difficult, washrooms in the dept???Updated service seating like your partners in Ancaster. I had a B1 service and brake fluid flush. The manager asked for my consent, (via text message that I was ok with) when it was recommended that the brake fluid be flushed because it should be done every 2 years. Upon picking up the car, all the proceedures that were done were explained to me, especially the manner in which the brake fluid flush was done.
