All of the staff at Acura on Brant were very knowledgeable, courteous and informative on what was happening with my car. I was in and out quite quickly and they didn't charge me for extra services. All in all I have always had a great experience with the staff at Acura on Brant and will continue to give them my business for years to come.

I came in for a tire change from winter to summer tires. Andrew advised that they recommend an alignment and wipe blade change. He detailed the reasons why they thought the alignment was recommended which seemed reasonable. I also asked for a quote from the body shop on a scratch and Andrew advised that they will send an email with the estimated cost. It's been a week now and the body shop still has not sent the email even after I followed up. Understand this out of Andrew's control so I don't blame him.

Experienced good thorough service timely and pleasant. Staff couteous. knowledgable, pleasant, helpful who explained what had been done and why. Staff very pleasant and helpful with all customers who came in during that time.

Plenty of accommodations were offered while my vehicle was being serviced. I also had some questions about where the roadside assistance number was located and an employee came with me to my vehicle to help me locate it. The staff went out of their way to make sure all my questions and needs were fulfilled. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

BUYERS BEWARE- This was my first time buying a car, it was the WORST experience i have ever been through. The GM/part owner is the rudest person i have ever dealt with. The customer service was disgusting, they gave me my car ( practically a brand new vehicle less than 1000 kms) and the DAY i got it i had to get it towed back to the dealership because it would not start. They had no empathy or concern about selling an unsafe vehicle to me ( died on the highway, putting my life at risk). Very dishonest and just looking to sign a deal with no remorse on selling an unfit vehicle to a customer. Please save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with individuals like the ones at Acura on Brant.

A1 service was performed on my Acura mdx on Saturday,timing and execution was done as previously discussed and agreed with Glenda ,who booked my appointment verycarefuly taking in consideration all my needs and my schedule ,Kirby and his colleagues very polite and courteous ,explained every detail of the service.Complementary car wash done also . Overall great experience as usuall at Acura on brant.
