Kirby is always friendly, respectful and willing to help. He has a great knowledge of the industry and is able to answer any questions I have. I know I can trust Kirby in providing advice for what needs to be done with my vehicle. He is a key reason I continue to come back to Acura on Brant!

The team at Acura on Brant were professional, prompt and courteous. In particular, Andrew Czornoba ensured that I understood the scope of repairs, cost and timeframe. The team made the repair faster than expected. I'd also like to recommend Martin in parts. He looks for alternatives to reduce part cost if possible, and was an important part of the team in getting my aging Acura back up to spec.

As a long time client of Acura on Brant and Kirby and Andrew my service experience is always and I mean always a stress free experience. I have 400,000 km on my vehicle and prior to that my Acura had 300,000 plus km, so we have spent ten years as client and service provider. I trust these guys so much that I now have them service my wife's Mercedes. Keep up the great work and service guys!!! Thanks always. Jon Schrader

I had to change my appointment 3 times before finally making it in for my service. Kirby was extremely accommodating and supportive through all the changes. The service levels are always very good. Even though there is another Aucra dealership closer to our home, I always go out of my way to go to the Brant location

I had a great experience during my purchase of the 2014 Acura MDX Tech. Both Joe and Dan were extremely patient with the questions and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We looked and test drove multiple vehicles before selecting the MDX. Joe and Dan helped us secure the vehicle in time and also give us a good value for our trade in. Overall, I would highly recommend Acura on Brant for their pricing, customer service and overall experience.

I have dealt with Jerome now on the purchase of over three cars and he is always willing to go the extra distance to ensure your happy with the vehicle. Jerome went out of his way to remove any hurdles with the recent swap of vehicles and was there for me and my family when we were rear ended on a recent holiday. He offered to have our vehicle looked at after the body shop work and also sourced finding a new vehicle at a great deal making the switch an easy one.

... and I have never once owned an Acura vehicle! This is how good the service is at Acura on Brant. You don't even need to drive an Acura to benefit from their fantastic Service Department. I have had my Hondas and Subarus serviced here exclusively for the past 20 years. The attention to detail, honest assessments and friendly and attentive service are phenomenal. Andrew and Kirby go above and beyond and provide excellent customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My repairs are always detailed and explained to me and I feel comfortable in trusting the assessments. I would recommend Acura on Brant for servicing any import vehicle - Not just Acuras!

Kirby sees hundreds of clients a day I'm sure, but still manages to remember not only my name... but also my line of work and approximate ages of my kids. He makes me feel like a person and NOT just a number for Acura. The service he provides EVERY time is 2nd to none in any industry. Acura is lucky to have him.
