Superior Service

We have been customers of Acura on Brant for well over ten years and can't imagine going anywhere else for our vehicles. The main reason is the superior service we receive from Andrew each and every time we walk into the service centre. We see Andrew treat every customer with respect and individual attention to detail, no matter what the issue. Our vehicles are serviced promptly, we are given expectations which are fully explained and we feel the service surpasses our expectations. Coming into Acura on Brant feels like visiting a friend, rather than going to a service appointment.

Always the same excellent service!

I had the snow tires removed and replaced with my regular tires. Andrew called to say that my car also needed an alignment. Car was ready and clean when I picked it up. I appreciate the friendly and upbeat mood that I always experience when going there. Bringing my car in for maintenance is not one of my favorite things to do as I don't like interruptions to my daily routine but it's necessary and the welcome I get makes it much better. Thank you Andrew and Acura staff!

Efficient

Oil change and check up. Adviser received me directly and took the information and immediately got an attendant to bring the vehicle in for service.The adviser told me to help myself to the complimentary coffee, and directed me to the waiting areas. My vehicle was presented in 45 minutes with a nice clean washing included. Nice touch. The adviser reviewed the tech report on the inspection of the vehicle and what may require attention in the near future.

Andrew and his team always exceed expectations.

Andrew: We have had many conversations, some very relaxed, some a little heated. I have never been critical of you and your team, you always strive to do your best. Even before Acura realized there was a problem with the torque converter, you tried to find and fix the problem. My RL has suffered from the so called " transmission judder" almost the entire time I have owned it and still does. The letter was very clear from Acura " after the update is done, if the judder appears or reappears, the torque converter will be replaced free of charge" Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to apply to all cases, especially mine. When I complain about the vibration, the reaction is always "there is nothing wrong". I believe a car of that quality should not normally vibrate as it shifts gears. You know what I really believe, Acura feels it has spent too much money on my problem and has decided not to spend any more.

Couldn't fix my Acura, didn't know what they were doing. $1400.00 for nothing but spark plug change. Just said to keep driving won't matter...wrong answer.
