Good experience, no issues. Kirby always polite, friendly and courteous. I had a the seal fixed in my tire and as I had a scheduled appointment it didn't take long, they took my immediately when I went in.

Friendly and attentive. Professional. Straight shooters. Andrew and Kirby always make things right for me even if sometimes we have unexpected expenses. And now that I know I can buy a car through Kirby and get it serviced through him too, I feel a certain continuity that you do not find just anywhere these days. I may be an Acura Customer for the rest of my life.

The sales person was very good, and I had no problems on coming to a deal on both the trade in and the purchase price of the new car. I was not impressed with the finance side of the deal. I have two issues to comment on. The first was on the sale of an after market warranty. Naveen only offered the First Canadian product, and was not told about the Acura extended warranty. This does not sit well with me, as my first thought is that there is more profit in the product that was offered, so why tell the customer all the options. I should have been offered all products so that I could make an informed choice. I had to phone Acrua head office to find out about the extended warranty from them. My second concern was over the follow up on the sale. I had given Naveen my insurance information, and all the contact information for my agent. I then also called my agent, who then call Naveen to get the final information. When I called Naveen on the afternoon of my scheduled pick up, he said he had everything he needed, even though my insurance agent had called me to ask if I was still proceeding, as he had not heard back from Naveen. When I arrived for my car, Naveen handed me someone elses insurance slip, and I had to wait for him to get my insurance slip from my agent. Was not really impressed with having to wait when I had made several attempts to ensure that everything was completed. I usually find that the financial part of the deal tells me a lot of the dealership. I am not sure if I will be a repeat purchaser, as this has left me with a bad impression of your dealership.

I always trust Andrew and the courteous service staff at Acura on Brant to give me an honest assessment, fair price, quality repair and go out of their way to ensure I am not inconvenienced (i.e. minimal waits for appointment, offer pick up and drop off, or a vehicle to drive). This applies to everything from a minor service to larger repairs. I wouldn't take my TSX anywhere else (and the complementary car wash is appreciated)! Kudos to the whole team.
