I was extremely pleased with my experience at Roy Nichols. I had made an appointment and was immediately greeted by the sales person when I arrived. I told him what I was looking for and was shown a couple of cars from which I made a decision. I took the car out for a ride with the sales person and was pleased with the way it handled. I especially liked all the safety features. It’s the safest car I have ever had. Brian should me all the features, went over prices , warranty, snow tires, etc The car was ready in less than a week. Everyone was very friendly. I told my neighbour where I got the car and she said her mother has been going to Roy Nichols for years. Small world

I was in need of a new vehicle and when Greg was made aware of that, he contacted me right away and set up an appointment for us to meet. Right from our first time meeting, he was very helpful. He answered any questions I had. He made sure that I had al the extras I wanted and he even saw to it that I received all the discounts that I was eligible for, none of which I knew about before hand. Overall it was a very satisfying experience and I would not hesitate to go to Roy Nichols again down the road for my next new vehicle.

Terrible

Had front valance replaced price doubled when I picked it up. Also had gold clean package and still had Christmas tree needles in back. Didn’t even sweep them out. Called and left msg with manager. Never heard anything back.
