Qi Li (Chili) was the only Honda sales person in the GTA, who could deliver what we wanted. Excellent experience!

Chili made the process easy. In the few hours we spent with him, he was able to deliver what nobody else could (we had a specific vehicle in mind). He was professional, and delivered exactly what was promised, on-time (actually, ahead of schedule). He goes above-and-beyond for his customers, and we will definitely come back. Note: we live on the west-end of the GTA, and traveled to Scarborough for this transaction (that is how good the service was).

I bring my CR-V more or less regularly for service .The guys in the service department are all very pleasant .My car runs fine...The missing star is for the occasional missing attention to appointment times
