Great first experience

This is my first car, so I did a lot of research on who to go to. I spent most of my time with Charles Chan, and it was such an enjoyable experience. He was so knowledgeable and really took his time to tell me all the about the features and different models available. He even brought up going on a test drive even though I was still unsure whether I was interested. And even though I made him wait a month before going ahead he was pleasant at all times and super flexible. He is the type of guy you want to talk to if you want buying a car to go smoothly. He even knew my name when he picked up the phone though I had not provided it. This level of personalized attentive service is so key. Also I went in because I had a small problem with the gas port cover and the service staff was very nice and pleasant as well.

Shopping for a vehicle can be very daunting. With so many to choose and so many available options. I have to say, from start to finish, I really felt that Chili made this shopping experience so enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, but the most memorable was that he went above and beyond the call of duty for me when it came to picking up my HRV.
