Service is good, however the shuttle situation is not. Having to wait a long time for a shuttle is not ideal. Happens every time. I've had much better experience with other dealerships in this regard. I would recommend a second shuttle driver during busy service days.

Ben was our salesman. He was a consummate professional the whole time, and from the first visit he made an effort to get to know us, our kids, and what we wanted and needed. There was nothing inauthentic about him whatsoever, nor was there any pressure to make a sale. We got a very good deal and we knew it. We also know we will be going back there in the future as well. I will be recommending him to everyone I know who's in the market for a new car, because the only thing better than a new Honda/ Acura (unless I find a spare million or so in my other jeans) is having a great buying experience from someone you trust.
