Had a very positive experience here recently. Rear hatch glass on my 2020 RDX spontaneously shattered. Dealership replaced the glass under warranty very promptly the next day, and also paid for two Uber trips to get me home and back. Unfortunately, some glass pieces remained in the hatch after the rear hatch glass replacement and made annoying rattling sounds when driving over bumps. I contacted Troy to share my concern, and the dealership took the car back promptly and removed the rest of the glass. The second time around, dealership also gave me a brand new 2023 RDX loaner! Great experience all around, would highly recommend.

If you guys are tryna get your car fixed, please go somewhere else. The service manager at this location is so rude. My cars blind spots weren’t working and when I brought my car, they couldn’t figure out what was going on. The mechanic said that there was a part missing (or not working, can’t remember) and they will have to order a new one. After making me wait for almost 5 months, adding the “missing piece”, and 3 hours later, my blind spots were still not fixed, and they charged me $800. I asked for the service manager, she made me wait and when she finally came, she didn’t even look at me and told one of her mechanics to remove the “missing part” and left. I took my car to the Erin mills location and they were so helpful and fixed my car in a day. And no I wasn’t missing any parts. Unprofessional and ignorant staff. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Jeff Wilson, the car salesman at the Acura on Brant dealership, was a pleasure to work with when I recently made an inquiry regarding an Acura RDX. I must admit that I was very pleased with the level of service I got. Jeff Wilson answered all of my questions patiently and was very knowledgeable about the various car models and amenities. He went above and above to get me the ideal car for my requirements and price range. Thanks to his professionalism and knowledge, the entire car sale process went smoothly and without a hitch. To anyone seeking to buy a car, I would without a doubt recommend Jeff Wilson and the Acura on Brant store. Once again, I appreciate the fantastic service.

Terrible Customer Service, especially if you decide to buy out your car. They don’t disclose important information about your lease upfront, and they don’t respond to emails or text messages. I’ve dealt with 3 different sales guys at this dealership and each one a disappointment. I took my services to Erin Mills Acura and they were, excellent, efficient, courteous and prompt. Stay away from Acura on Brant.

Bobby has a very excellent customer service and very knowledgeable person we know him from Nissan company and I will continue looking for Bobby in future at Acura on Brant.

5+ stars yet again, its a no brainer...... Here I am, 15 months later, exiting the lot with a 2023 MDX A-Spec. After putting my 2022 MDX (which I bought at Acura on Brant) in the ditch in a snowstorm in Blue Mountain, I knew exactly where to go for a replacement. Grant went to work for me right away, nailing down exactly what I wanted and then some! To say he delivers first class service, would be a severe understatement, full of integrity. Not only that, I had a tight deadline for the replacement due to an upcoming vacation, and he delivered on everything he said he would, bang on time. So many thanks to him specifically, as well as the team at Acura on Brant. They take care of their clients as if they are family. We will be back again, and I will continue to refer friends and family. Those wishing to be treated in the highest regard, this is the place for you. Many thanks Grant!
