I contacted Acura in March to put a deposit on a Acura Integra Type S after I saw news announcement. Sales person contacted me back and mentioned a $1k deposit was required and that I was going to be the first person on the wait list. I went in the next day to put the deposit only to find it was $2.5K, fine whatever. The GM also came in and was showing me Tiger Yellow colour and mentioned the colours that the dealership had been allocated. He also mentioned I was the first on the wait list. Time passed, no communication from dealership whatsoever. In June when the cars started showing up, I pushed when I was going to get mine. Sales person told me they had one but it had been sold already. I pushed if it sold how was I "first in line" and no answer was given and passed over it. I called to request my deposit back, at which point it was mentioned that they actually got 2 cars, one that sold and another that they put in the show room. I took money back, and gave up on the car. Acura Canada I recommend replacing the GM at this dealership. Lesson 1 for sales, manage expectations. _edit_ You forgot to mention "on a cancellation" when I was in the dealership Troy and your sales person forgot that as well. At this point it is my word vs yours. All the best.

Hi Bogdan, We are disappointed to hear that you feel there was miscommunication regarding being 'first on the wait list'. What that meant is that if we had a cancellation, you would have first right of refusal. That said, you cancelled your order July 12th; at that time we had only received two vehicles. The Tiger Eye you are suggesting was earmarked for you arrived in late August almost six weeks after you had cancelled your order. My husband drives Acura, I’ve been taking his car for service to Aura on Brant for years. I drive a Lexus. Today I tried to pump my tires on gas station. Didn’t do a good job of it. Acura on Brant was on my way back home, so I stopped and asked if they could pump my tires for me because they were flat. A tall guy told me to go to a Lexus dealership even though my tires were flat. No consideration for road safety. I went to Ford on Brant without any question they checked my tires and put the air in them. The Ford service was so good I’m going to buy 4 tires from them now. It pays to consider the road safety!

When paying off car, the cheque was not cashed for 2 1/2 weeks, even after calling, causing additional expense. Sales rep was never available and never returned calls.

Just finished up a purchase of a new vehicle and trade in of an old one. Had a great experience working with Troy the GM, Jeff from sales and Grant the finance manager. Everything was done very smoothly, on time and with no unnecessary extra's. I've purchased quite a few vehicles in the past few years for family and friends and this was probably one of the best experiences. With current low stocks a lot of dealerships are taking advantage of customers but this is probably one of the few places you'll be treated well and fairly.

Went in for a recall for my stop/start system, instead of fixing the problem they just disabled the function, then they bounced a broom on my car during the "complementary" wash and shot some of the paint and clear coat off with a close up pressure washer blast too, extremely disappointing you use a WASH MIT not a broom and you don't hold a pressure washer especially a high psi one that close to the body

Purchased a 2019 Tlx a-spec from Antionio a week ago. He was not only very professional and accommodating but extremely knowledgeable about all the features and technology the car was equipped with. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family.

Can't get a service date for a transmission issue. Fully booked for 2 weeks. Acura is supposed to be a premium brand with premium service which I don't find it to be true except when you buy a new car from them after that their attitude is ****
