I had such a pleasant experience with Jeff, Grant and the entire Acura on Brant staff. They were all so prompt, took their time to go over everything with me. I could call Jeff at any point or message him and he was always on the phone with me to keep me updated on my car and helped me with any questions I had! Thank you so much Jeff for your help! you're the best!! :)

I have been taking my Acura for regular oil changes and as needed service at this location for over 5 years. They have been prompt and accurate with service. The professional and courteous manner that is extended to customers goes beyond just the service department. I'm now looking at purchasing a new Acura and it will be purchased at this dealership, as their loyalty and respect for their customers is evident.

Great exp. Was in to service my wife’s car and spoke briefly with the sales guy about a new car. Super nice guy. I live in Ancaster but prefer this location over the Hamilton one. If I buy new it will be from here! Thank you.

I’m upset. I purchased the Acura RDX in 2020 with Acura Plus. I was told Acura Plus covers 7years or 160,000km. My car broke down radiator leaked which was undrivable. I called toll free didn’t get to anywhere. I went to nearby car shop instead. I called the dealership and was told they would call me back tomorrow. In my time of distress, I had no help. No roadside assistance not even a car rental. And the car shop was told that my extended warranty is expired.

Hi Carmen- I can understand your frustration as your vehicle is a 2017, and you would assume that the 7 years has not expired. However, the vehicles in service date is June 14th, 2016- which means that your vehicle ran out of warranty on June 14th, 2023. I am hoping that we can assist though. If there is a way to get the vehicle to our dealership I will personally work to get the repair does as reasonably as possible- or if you would have the shop the vehicle is at call our store I would be happy to provide the part at our lowest price possible. Just an outstanding overall experience. Went in after having my previous vehicle stolen and the whole team at Acura on Brant went out of their way to help me out. And it wasn't an Acura originally. Donnie Stoddard is the Asst Sales Manager who assisted me and made the whole purchasing process super easy. Got the new vehicle a few days after going in for the first time. Kudos to the whole there who helped (Sean, Grant, Troy and Donnie). Wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else after this experience.

I contacted Acura in March to put a deposit on a Acura Integra Type S after I saw news announcement. Sales person contacted me back and mentioned a $1k deposit was required and that I was going to be the first person on the wait list. I went in the next day to put the deposit only to find it was $2.5K, fine whatever. The GM also came in and was showing me Tiger Yellow colour and mentioned the colours that the dealership had been allocated. He also mentioned I was the first on the wait list. Time passed, no communication from dealership whatsoever. In June when the cars started showing up, I pushed when I was going to get mine. Sales person told me they had one but it had been sold already. I pushed if it sold how was I "first in line" and no answer was given and passed over it. I called to request my deposit back, at which point it was mentioned that they actually got 2 cars, one that sold and another that they put in the show room. I took money back, and gave up on the car. Acura Canada I recommend replacing the GM at this dealership. Lesson 1 for sales, manage expectations. _edit_ You forgot to mention "on a cancellation" when I was in the dealership Troy and your sales person forgot that as well. At this point it is my word vs yours. All the best.

Hi Bogdan, We are disappointed to hear that you feel there was miscommunication regarding being 'first on the wait list'. What that meant is that if we had a cancellation, you would have first right of refusal. That said, you cancelled your order July 12th; at that time we had only received two vehicles. The Tiger Eye you are suggesting was earmarked for you arrived in late August almost six weeks after you had cancelled your order. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication, however I do not believe you are illustrating all of the facts of the situation.
