My husband and I just came in last week to buy a truck, we had the pleasure of dealing with Ameen. He is by far my favourite sales person I’ve ever had to deal with. He made that customer relation such an experience and helped us and what would benefit our family needs. If ever needing a vehicle in the future I 100% know where we would shop again. I bought a new truck a couple weeks ago and it was the easiest process I’ve ever had. Big thumbs up to Steph Boss and John Ulman, they were amazing to deal with along with the whole team at Georgian Chevrolet. Not only was it a quick turn around but they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning in the future, best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle! Thank you!!

I was in Barrie for a conference and ended up needing a tow and emergency break repair. Georgian Chevrolet was wonderful in diagnosing the problem and getting the breaks repaired within 24 hours just in time for my two hour drive home. Thank you so much for your great service Laura and team!

I want to discuss the transaction that I had with the dealership three weeks ago. I entered the property looking at buying a vehicle. I was unsure if I wanted a lower model 2500 pro or ultimate Denali package 2500. Never purchased the GM before so I figured. Let me go. Take a look at them as your body styling is beautiful. In my opinion I was introduced at the counter by a lovely receptionist. Very helpful. She got me in touch with Stefanie. I hate using names but I have to scenario. I went to go look at a couple vehicles with Stefanie, there was a point where we saw the vehicles in the lot but at no point did she open the vehicles for me to look inside I was only able to look on the exterior of the vehicle. We started discussing the type of business that I’m in and made it clear I was looking for something suited for towing and all-around use within my business. I asked Stefanie to present me with different offers going from the 2500 pro HD to the 2500 AT4 all the way up to the Denali ultimate 2500. I left my email contact phone number and asked if she would kindly present some interest rates rates, total price on the vehicles any discounts that she can offer in an email. two weeks later I have not received anything however I got a phone call from Angela saying if I was still interested in purchasing from their dealership I was polite and said yes but Stephanie needs to provide me with numbers. Angela said she’ll reach out to Stefanie that she provides me with the details that I requested. a week gone by and still nothing I am not sure as to what is going on maybe or maybe me coming in shorts and running shoes and a work jacket turned off the sales individual. I can’t put words in her mouth, but I felt tension especially when she wouldn’t open the vehicle for me to look or sit inside. I hope this reaches the dealership and would like to discuss further with the dealership. Shocked that people still get treated like this. I guess business is booming and individual walking off the street looking to spend $150,000 on a vehicle is no longer worth their time.

We just bought a great used car from Georgian and had an amazing possitive experience with Johnathan Batista! Johnathan went out of his way to get us the best deal . Fiancé and I went into Georgian Chevorlet, looking for a new SUV and were extremely lucky to deal with Mark Wilkey from Sales. We told Mark what we were looking for and what our budget was and he had us in a vehicle for a test drive that was in our budget within 10 minutes of being at the dealership. We were so happy with that vehicle and thought that was the one but Mark then showed us others in the budget to ensure we had found the right one! Within 45 minutes of being at the dealership, looking at different vehicles and talking about our options we found our vehicle and were so thankful that Mark was there to help us figure everything out. Felt nice knowing that Mark cared about us and that we weren’t just another customer!! If anyone is looking for a new vehicle, I highly suggest dealing with Mark Wilkey at Georgian Chevrolet for all your car needs and wants!!
