My apologies foe not writing a full review. I was meaning to, but with life so busy, sometimes you need a little reminder; thus the 5 stars! My experience with the staff at your location was amazing. The staff had wonderful smiles and were quite attentive. They were very polite and made you feel at home by directing you to the coffee and sitting area. They gave me a time frame as when my truck will be completed and they succeeded! Service on a timely basis considering how busy we get these days!!! Very Stansfield with the overall service! Thank you!

I had to get my work vechice looked at several times over the winter, while trying to juggle my 24/7 on call job. I had to switch between a rental and work vehicle serveral times and Nick Kloepfer was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From getting the exact rental I wanted, to picking me up from the dealership, it was an A+ service. Much appreciated.

Willing to work with the customer to find a solution as told on the phone , ride home and back . The vehicle was looked at early and ready for pick up earlier, then stated, which was great ! Then I received a bill even though I was told it was free of charge because it was a service overlooked on delivery after putting on new tires as per their employees . I had one tire going bald so i had an alignment ! not done correctly , so I complained and charged again .will not even start about the delivery problems, p.s , dirty truck , broken seat belt , took 5 times to fix ! wrote emails and zero responses from Chevy or the dealer.

Came here twice only wanted to be dealt with if I was placing a order the same day. Drove over an hour after speaking to some one about an appraisal for them to say there’s no point of appraising if your not placing an order today. Sales team could use some good guidance and training !

I emailed in for a finance quote on the 2024 GMC 2500HD. Got connected with sales person Joe Felice. He called me but I couldn't answer. I texted asking for a finance quote and got told to call him to have a "man to man conversation" because it's an "exclusive" truck. I work at in car sales and I can't imagine talking to my own customers like this.
