Mac C was the absolute best person to deal with when buying a new car, not only was he informative he went above and beyond to communicate with me and helped me find the car I wanted based off my wants and needs with having a bigger family. Not only did he find my car that would fit our budget he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had at anytime and always answered in the most professional and respectful manner.

I was interested in purchasing a truck and had a less than desirable experience at another GM dealership. I did a Google search and found Georgian was a large truck dealership. I contacted them via their website and the online assistant put me in touch with Amiel their customer care agent. Amiel was quick to respond and immediately assigned me a sales rep. I arrived at my scheduled appointment and my rep was busy so the customer service counter directed me to Jonathan. His attitude and professionalism was 5 star. He was able to listen to my requests and worked very hard to try and meet my needs. He found me a truck I really enjoyed. During my experience he offered suggestions and matched my needs with a truck that met all my expectations. We discussed prices and options. He made sure I was satisfied and wanted to truly make sure my choice was the correct one. We were not able to reach a price that met my budget, yet his efforts and motivation were well respected. I will be purchasing a truck in the near future and Jonathan at Georgian will be where I would recommend to anyone to go if they too are in the market for a vehicle.

Hood rust on brand new Cruze after 3 years. Paid for rust protection warranty. Was told to go to fix auto to get a quote in August 2022. Gave me the run around that’s included 3 different service department members. Constantly being told I would find out in a couple weeks as the rust spot gets larger and larger. Found out last week (March 2024) that It won’t be covered or repaired because I only went to one of the two required inspections. The second being in the middle of the pandemic.. was sold that it would be covered for five years and they were eager to sell the warranty to me. The inspections were only in the fine print, was not notified or reminded in any way but I receive offers to buy new vehicles or trade mine in weekly. Why wouldn’t the first service member tell me that I wasn’t in for both required inspection. The second member Andrew even told me “ not sure why they’re taking so long you have all the required visits in your file”. It took the third service member 3 days to find out and get back to me. Why did it take over a year for the rest of the team to get any information? Warrant was a joke, they took my money with no intention to ever help me. Crooked dealership, no transparency.

Was discussing with Miguel who was super pleasant to deal with about viewing a vehicle at this dealership (Audi q5) did not end up going through with it and had paid them $1000 deposit over the phone which they stated was 100% refundable. Miguel put me in contact with Nichole the finance manager so I could have the charge reversed. I have emailed Nichole about this several times (no answer), called in to speak to her (does not return phone calls). At this point I will have to contact my credit card company about the charge.

Went to buy a used car, our sales rep was Ameen, he couldn’t have been more professional, great communicator and did work hard for us to get the deal done ! 5 star all across ! Thanks to him and Dilan we ended up having a great experience. Thanks again Ameen ! You’re the best :)

I bought a used 2016 GMC Sierra from Georgian in Feb 2024. Loved the truck and still do. However within weeks of having the truck it was discovered that the 3rd brake light was leaking bad. The back head liner was was stained with water marks and wet. Reported this to Georgian and got my truck in two weeks later. After spending two plus hours at the dealership all that was done was they put some silicone around the gasket. They did not even put a new gasket in the repair the issue. They did not even attempt to clean the head rest leaving it to me! A day after the repair i discovered that the 3rd brake light was not even working now. So i know they will not treat me the same when buying a new truck compared to used. So i will have to do the repair myself to make sure it is done correctly. Just wish they would have treated my bit better and done the repair correctly and not as cheap as possible!
