need more to work for your customer

i was receiving phone calls well before my service due dates but not anymore , appointment s are not available as quick as required , overall not bad but not the best either

Very poor customer service

Purchased 2 vehicles within a month. Went to pick up second vehicle, 2017 Dodge Ram. Sales associate and sales manager were not available. We waited over 45 minutes to pick up our vehicle as no one knew where the manager was. We were finally brought to another sales person to finish the deal. Upon speaking to him, he told us our sales person had been fired that weekend. The sales manager had left for the day. When we finally got to see the vehicle, there was damage to the box as well as a large dent in the back quarter panel. Was promised 2 touch up pens and a free oil change, but when looking over the final contract someone had crossed it out. Luckily I have taken a picture when we signed the deal and we have not received it yet. My daughter was interested in purchasing a Ram as well, she is now having second thoughts after seeing the problems we went through.

Hi, Thank you for asking me. Two weeks before I wanted to bring my Jeep for maintenance. I come there two times, I tried to book appointment on line, I called you and let a message and nobody answered me. As a result was impossible for you to find a time for me so I had to go to Mr. Lube.

asked for my car to be cleaned, asked for snow tire quote, it never happened my car was ready and sitting outside for at least 35 min before they told me it was ready

. I am a customer bought my last truck there and it will be my last at your store. Thanks to Fadil Beyan who asked me to come in to see me and who told me he had a great deal for me , I made the appointment and when we went there he didn't want to have anything to do with us then he pass us of to another man (he told me he was a manger...wow) not good services.We didn't want another truck and what do he gets me a TRUCK to see.. He didn't spend no time with us ......so very disappointed.

From the first month I had problem and till now problems persist

I had to change three tires in almost 4 months and now I have problem with the electric stability and till now they don’t know how it comes and to fix it
