Very BAD experience

Unprofessional, service advisor are poor experince and mechenics are unexperience and probably students. Very poor service and my driveway still oil marks on it

Stuck 3rd Row seat

After 1 and a half day being without my car it was frustration. It was not the technicians fault because my car is a new vehicle in Chrysler lineup and they had no idea on how it worked. My 3rd row seat in my Pacifica was stuck in a down folding position and they could not release it from that position. After almost 2 days it was a system upgrade to fix the problem. This should have been done over the air with new technology. It was a simple program to update.

I would never suggest this dhealership or any branded “road sport” ever to anyone , The only good experience I’ve had with this dealership is my sales guy and Charles, everyone else needs to figure out what customer service truly means. The owner could careless and doesn’t respond to emails, the general manager is a joke and the used car sales manager laughed the whole time at my situation, I’m still out $644 that I have to somehow eat due to the negligence of this dealership. And it’s now a month later and I still don’t have a truck with everything I signed for on the sales agreement , My whole experience has been garbage !!!

Exception Service from reception to delivery

I arrived on time and was positively greeted and advised on the duration of the work, cost and asked if I needed a ride. I stated that I'd wait and was offered self serve refreshment and shown the costumer waiting area. At the appointed hour I was advised that my vehicle was serviced and ready t go. Again exception service. Thank you.

Put air in Tires when light showed low. Connor checked tires and he Drove the jeep in to add air with a smile. Came in unexpectedly.

Once again my experience with service was less than favourable. It seems to always start with poor results until I contact the service manager. Fortunately, the Service Manager is excellent and always solves the problem in an immediate and competent fashion. I just wish it could begin that way without having to escalate to management each time I come in for service.
