Sales team has lack of knowledge. Because of that they describe one car and deliverd another. Now nothing to say as I just believe them.....

The Brakes service was not a surprise and I approved it. Lube oil and filter job went fine. No surprises. Roadsport, like most of their competitors has a good home pick up and delivery service.

Communication between Roadsport & client lacking

I arranged to purchase snow tires. Was told that they would be in on Wednesday of this week. Arranged to come in on Thursday to have them installed. Arrived at 8:30. My tires could not be located. It is now 2pm and I still haven't heard that my car is ready. If I had been notified that the tires ere not in, I could have avoided being without a car all day on Thursday. Please note that the staff were friendly and helpful. Someone in Parts messed up

The van was not cleaned. The gas was not full and I was not happy with the attitude of the seller. The reason I bought the van was. I work a lot and don’t have time to waist. The sell was rude. The financial guy was a nice guy and he made it easier to buy.
