Exceptional customer service by Joe

I have never experienced any negative visits. Each time I have a service, Joe takes care me. He stops me from spending money on unnecessary servicing. Joe ensures my car needs are taken care of each time I visit. He's great to speak with and his knowledge is exceptional. I have a Dodge Avenger 2013 with warranty expired in February 2018. I only extended my warranty until 2023 because of all my pleasant experiences with Joe.

Terrible dealership Sent my vehicle in for warrenty work they said it was done never was done. Ive been arguring with them for 1 yr about the issue they fail to recongnize the problem and had to pay out of my pocket to fix the issue after warrenty was over. They told me my valves needed to be adjusted its all bullshit . DONT TAKE YOUR VEHILCE TO THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME.

I brought in my Jeep Trailhawk for an oil change and to have my A/C checked around 9:30am as I wasn’t getting any cold air coming out. I was told the oil change would take an hour but if they had to try to find out and fix what was wrong with my A/C, it wouldn’t be done until 3pm (and possibly the next day if parts were needed). I couldn’t stay that long so I told him I would be at the Tim Hortons and would pick it up in an hour, I asked if they could take a quick look at the A/C to see if they could see anything quickly, he said ok. An hour and a half later I called and he said I should make my way back and it’ll be ready by the time I got there. When I went to pick it up, I was told to go to the waiting room and ended up waiting until 3pm. I asked about the A/C, and they didn’t even look at it. I don’t see myself going back or recommending this place to anyone. Unless something amazing happens, this is my last Jeep/Chevrolet... etc...

We went into buy a used vehicle as we had a good experience in the past when we purchased at roadsport. We were shown all the details of a new dodge Ram 1500 as this was our dream vehicle. The salesman showed us all the options and a great price was given, so we left as new owners of the Dodge Ram. Very happy.
