I arrived in the morning to Roadsport Chrysler, as I was welcomed by the warm smiles of Vic, Jason and Joe. Expecting to leave my vehicle behind for an oil change, I was promptly advised that my vehicle would go right into the shop for service. Although the shuttle was available to me, it was much appreciated to know that I was able to wait for the service to be completed. As my vehicle rolled away to be serviced, I was able to share with Joe about my my thus far Jeep experience. The wait was just enough time for me to acquaint myself with the service team and to say hello to John Hyman, who personally introduced me to the service professionals of Roadsport Chrysler. The service was superb, the wait was not long, and I was left with a very comfortable and happy feeling knowing that I I will be taken care of when I set foot at Roadsport Chrysler for all other future service. Thanks a million!

The Rep was great to deal with he was very knowledgeable His customer service skills were amazing. I would diffenately buy a vehicle from you again and I had to drive over an hour to get my jeep.

I got a peace of mind service. Firstly the oil filter was not installed correctly causing it to dump all the oil within 20 minutes of leaving (was corrected professionally, which I appreciated. I also got a brake service during this visit. Over the following couple of weeks there was a shudder and noise that increased daily. I took my vehicle to a different mechanic where they discovered only 3 of 5 nuts were tightened on one of my wheels. Very dangerous situation. Luckily myself, wife and infant son were not injured and this was discovered before it turned really bad.

As a loyal customer since 1985. I purchased 1985 Daytona Turbo, 2005 Dodge Ram Sport, 2010 1500 Dodge Ram, 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie and finally 2018 Dodge Ram Laramie. In January, my 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie was totaled. My insurance company gave me $60,000 to purchase a new 2018 Dodge Ram Laramie. I decided to go to my favorite dealership .I was expecting the same great experience as in the past but I was wrong. (1) They said I had a 5 foot bed instead of a 6 foot bed.I had to show them pictures from how Howden Collision auto body shop to verify my statement. (2) My two tone colors that I had was not available. They presented a granted color with front tow hooks instead of two tone colors. I accepted this offer.I received a call saying my truck was ready. To my surprise, there were no front towing hooks or step ups installed.I was told to come back tomorrow. I received a call saying your truck is ready. We sign all the documents and picked up my truck. I was so excited I didn't bother making a circle check. Just when straight home as it was the long weekend. On Saturday, I decided to check out the truck completely. There was no trailer hitch or front sensors. My 2014 had these items.I complain to the manager and he told me the trailer hitch will be installed but I have to purchase front sensors. I declined on the front sensors. Finally, they gave me Goodyear tires. Note: Green and Ross has specials on Goodyear tires all the time.On a positive note, your service personnel are OUTSTANDING! I will continue to use your service department for maintenance.I usually purchase a vehicle every 3 to 5 years from your dealership, which is unlikely to happen in the future.

Basic scheduled maintenance ie oil change, tire rotation etc. Fast friendly service, personable, called me by name, respectful and appreciative of my business
