Ive delt with this dealership a few times now and have found it clean and inviting. The staff are always eager to help and consistently pleasant. Getting the correct part can be challenging at times and typically not in stock (I imagine it would be difficult to stock everything) but the staff do what they can to get it as quick as possible. We did have our vehicle serviced there once and altough a bit pricey, the job was done to satisfation and the tech was more then happy to answer any questions we had. This location also seems to have quite a decent selection of new & used vehicles as well.

Bought my 2012 Equinox from Mike in their used car lot. Great selection , Best choice I made . Excellent service , no pressure from sales. These people know their cars very well . Very clean place to wait for service, friendly people in all their departments from service , sales and cashier . I never loved a car before (I've owned a handful lol ), but I absolutely love my Equinox. With the safety, comfort and so much more it gives me . Thank you

I saw a really good deal on your lot this week. After hearing how your dealership is treating my friend, I will definitely be going elsewhere. She has been dealing with you for over a month and her problem is still not resolved. Sad because car pants in Ontario have been on lay off because of a drop in sales. Customer service is so important in word of mouth marketing.
