Had my tires rotated and got back my truck with the wheel lock nuts not on. Was told the mechanic left with the key. Went back to have more work and to have my lock nuts put back in. Was told the key was missing so they put a regular on. I had to ask for the third time for a wheel lock not which i was just handed and expected to put on myself

Summer to Winter tire change. We Always remind to reset tire monitor sensors as it ALWAYS results in us having to return at a later date to have it done. No surprise 1 day after change, Monitor service reports it's not reset. So now i have to come back. This is very inconvenient and should not happen. I pay for the change over, the storage and the resetting of the monitor. Why is it so hard to remember the last part?
