I paid over $100 for a diagnosis on my car. You provided a dollar amount to fix, not a breakdown of costs and parts????

You provided me with a price to fix the car but not a breakdown of charges for what I am paying for. I am still waiting for a breakdown of the charge for the service. Please . I then came in to view a new vehicle to purchase and at that time it was promised that it would be provided. Still nothing.I don't drive the car alot so it's not urgent but still needs fixing. I will business elsewhere if I do not receive a response to this final request. JaniceThe service that I requested of a breakdown of what you are charging for has still not been provided after 2 or 3 requests. If no response again I will take my business elsewhere.

Service was nice, though I was hoping for/expecting a breakdown of my bill but never got one. I was just handed the bill and keys, and referred to desk for payment. This was my first experience at Roy Nicholls for service, and I was hoping they'd go the extra mile with me to discuss what was done to my vehicle. Nice environment to sit and wait, wait time was less than I'd expected.

The service team goes above and beyond all expectations. Jackie (service advisory) was able to squeeze me into a busy Saturday when I had a flat tire and needed to do a tire change. The service management is in my opinion one of the best in the industry. ART, Navin and bodyshop manager Kristoff take the time to ensure you have a great experience and treat you like they would their own family. I would and have recommended Roy Nichols to all my family and friends

Tim was a consummate professional ! He went out of his way to drive back to the dealership and help me out. Always put forth and incredible effort and thoroughly met our needs . Thanks Tim and Roy Nichols for an providing outstanding service !
