Two months after taking ownership of our new vehicle we received an overdue Bill for $500 in the mail. Of course we had to wait all weekend to be assisted because no one works weekends in the accounting dept at the dealership. Turns out it was sent in error. Completely unacceptable and reinforces the negative experience the last time we uses this dealership 20 years ago.

I am super impressed with the high level of customer service here!! Paperwork, car rental all prepared when I arrived for my appointment. And they were polite and friendly too!! I highly recommend this dealership.

Wonderful experience - from start to finish

This was my first service for the vehicle, and the experience was great from the time I stepped into the dealership. I was greeted by a rep, vehicle taken immediately for service and I was offered coffee and ushered to a waiting room. Service was exemplary. Thank you.
