Great experience buying my new jeep here. Mark K was professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Darren in finance was fantastic as well. We will be purchasing all our vehicles at this dealership from now on.

I have been bringing my truck from Airdrie to South Trail for about 3 years now because of Jenn Schielke in service. I have had nothing but good experiences. I have always been looked after. My truck was just in for the front timing cover. Jenn looked after me without question and kept me in the loop. I got a call today accidentally from south trail and had to call back to figure out what the call was about. I asked for Jenn and found out she is no longer there. Unfortunately because of this, I and many other friends I know will no longer be coming back to South Trail. As a mechanic myself with a dealership background I will say that it is very important to have the right people upfront looking after things.

South Trail Chrysler is a team, never just 1 person, and we operate that way. Customers may only speak with a service advisor, but it takes technicians, parts, management, warranty coordinators, and many others, that often go unseen, to make sure that every person that walks through our door is taken care of.
