I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews. I recently bought a RAV 4 2019 from South Trail Chrysler and the experience was incredible. The sales agent who assisted me was a Alex Kubyshkin. I cannot say enough about Alex Kubyshkin, he is a man of honor and integrity. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. He also made follow up phone calls to assure compete satisfaction. If you are looking to buy a vehicle in the near future, pay a visit to South Trail Chrysler and asked for Alex Kubyshkin, you will be glad you did. Leila Rogovina

GOT MORE THAN I EXPECTED 1st I would like to say thank you Trevor so very much. 2nd I thought I was going to wait for my truck until next week, but they fixed it right away and I got an extended warranty and I didn’t have to pay a cent. Been laid off for the longest time so that saved me money wise. Thank you so much again. And if you guys are hiring I’m here ready to work lol no seriously I’m looking for work.

We are givien time by salesma shawn weisgerber to see kia sorneeto. We reahed therir ontime inform him by msg and receptionist. She call him many but he did not come so we stand there about 25 min, travel 27 kms for no reason. Because of this unprofessional person. What a delership. Avoid it

Hello, we apologize that Shawn wasn't able to help you promptly on time. Saturday was very busy and when you arrived he was outside with another customer. Upon your arrival we informed another Sales executive that Shawn was busy and he came to reception to help. When he arrived he was told you had left. My understanding was that 5-10 minutes had surpassed from your arrival to departure. Again we apologize for your inconvenience, but we tried to make sure you were taken care of in as timely manner as possible. You can understand that we have many appointments during the day, especially a Saturday, and sometimes they take longer than expected.
