I was told my car was ready at 1:00, got back to the dealership at 1:40 and still had to wait another 30 minutes to get my car back. This is following an appointment that took 4 hours when I was told 2 and then having my boyfriend's break's give out the day Honda Serviced then and Honda denied any mistakes but then needed the car for another two hours... Suspicious. Terrible customer service and questionable mechanical services. Take your card elsewhere.
